Your Command Centre

The Acculyt AI dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your business finances. Here's what each section means.

Cash Position Widget

Shows your current bank balances across all connected accounts. The colour indicator tells you:

  • Green: Balance is healthy relative to your average monthly expenses
  • Amber: Balance is below 1 month of expenses — consider reviewing upcoming bills
  • Red: Balance is critically low — Acculyt AI will notify you proactively

Revenue vs Expenses Chart

A bar chart comparing your income and spending for the current month versus the previous month. Hover over any bar to see a breakdown by category.

Overdue Invoices Panel

Lists all invoices past their due date, sorted by largest amount first. Click any invoice to send a payment reminder instantly.

Upcoming Bills

Shows bills and subscriptions due in the next 14 days so you can plan your cash flow. Acculyt AI learns your payment patterns and predicts future bills automatically.

AI Insights Feed

The AI Insights section is unique to Acculyt AI. It proactively surfaces:

  • Anomaly alerts: "Your electricity bill this month is 40% higher than usual."
  • Tax reminders: "Your GST return is due in 12 days — estimated amount: $3,240."
  • Growth opportunities: "You've invoiced $8K more this quarter — consider moving to our Pro plan for multi-currency support."
  • Late payment predictions: "Client ABC Ltd has a 78% probability of paying late based on their history."
