By accessing or using Acculyt AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including account owners, administrators, and end users.
Acculyt AI provides cloud-based accounting, payroll, HRM, project management, and AI-powered financial tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of first payment for new subscribers.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (e) resell the Service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or use your financial data for any purpose other than operating the Service.
The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by EEZBOOK Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EEZBOOK Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify EEZBOOK Ltd against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate your account for material breach of these Terms after giving you 14 days' notice to remedy the breach. Upon termination, we will provide a 30-day data export window.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
