Acculyt AI is operated by EEZBOOK Ltd, a company incorporated in Canada. We provide AI-powered accounting and business management software ("the Service"). Our registered address and contact details are available at our contact page.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details, billing information), information generated by your use of the Service (financial data, transaction records, usage logs), and technical information (IP address, browser type, device identifiers).
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional and marketing communications (with your consent), comply with legal obligations, and for fraud prevention and security.
Your data is stored on servers in Canada and the United States. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and conduct annual third-party security audits. Access to your data is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis.
