Step 4: Direct Deposit
If you've connected your bank account via Plaid, Acculyt AI can initiate direct deposit payments via EFT (Canada) or BACS (UK). Funds typically arrive in employee accounts within 1-2 business days.
Step 5: Payslips
Acculyt AI automatically generates and emails professional payslips to each employee after payroll is processed. Employees can also access their payslip history via a self-service portal.
CRA / HMRC Remittances
Acculyt AI tracks the total payroll deductions you owe to the government and reminds you of remittance deadlines:
- Canada: CRA payroll remittances are due the 15th of the following month (or 3rd Wednesday for accelerated remitters)
- UK: PAYE payments to HMRC are due the 22nd of the following month
You can generate a pre-filled remittance form directly from Payroll → Remittances.
