The Company Profile acts as the main company information record within Acculyt AI. It includes details such as the Company Name, Address, business status, Time Zone, contact numbers, website, and tax registration numbers.
Keeping this information accurate helps ensure that the company's records and business information remain properly maintained across the system.
How It Works
The Company Profile feature stores the basic and official information of the company in a single location. Users can enter or update company details, contact information, and tax registration numbers whenever required.
Once the information is submitted, the updated details are saved in the company's profile for use within Acculyt AI.
Managing Company Profile in Acculyt AI
Acculyt AI makes it easy to manage your company's information. Enter or update the Company Name and Address, then select the applicable Status / Pvt / AOP and Time Zone.
Add the company's contact details, including the Mobile / Phone Number, WAN (Wireless Number), and Website.
Enter the applicable NTN (National Tax Number), STN (Sales Tax Number), and Tax Number. Review all details and click Submit to save the company profile.
Enter the correct Company Name and Address.
Select the appropriate Status / Pvt / AOP.
Verify the NTN, STN, and Tax Number before submitting.
