Introduction
Businesses need to maintain accurate records of payments received through bank or cash accounts, along with the relevant customer, payer, employee, and transaction details. The Receipt Voucher feature in Acculyt AI allows organizations to record and manage receipt transactions in a structured and organized manner.
Overview
The Receipt Voucher feature in Acculyt AI allows organizations to record receipt transactions by maintaining receipt type, currency, transaction date, receipt number, bank or cash account, voucher amount, customer, payer, employee, and branch information. This helps businesses maintain organized receipt records and support accurate financial management.
How It Works
Acculyt AI allows you to create a receipt voucher by selecting the required Receipt Type and Currency and entering the Transaction Date and Receipt Number. You can then select the relevant Bank/Cash Account and enter the receipt amount and reference information.
The receipt can be associated with a Customer, Payer, Employee, and Branch, ensuring that the transaction is recorded with the relevant financial and organizational details.
