Introduction

Businesses need to keep proper records when company assets are issued to departments or employees. The Asset Issuance feature in Acculyt AI helps users request and record the issuance of assets while maintaining relevant asset and recipient details.

Overview

The Asset Issuance feature allows users to select the department and request person, choose the asset to be issued, and enter the required quantity. Users can also maintain asset details such as asset code, name, serial number, registration number, and warranty period.

This helps businesses keep asset issuance records organized and track assets issued to different departments or employees.

How It Works

The asset issuance process records which asset is being issued, who requested it, and which department it belongs to. The system also maintains asset information and tracks the quantity and value of the issued asset.
