The Stock Adjustment feature in Acculyt AI helps you update inventory records when the actual physical stock differs from the quantity available in the system. This helps keep stock quantities and inventory records accurate.

Introduction

Businesses may need to adjust inventory records when the physical stock quantity differs from the quantity available in the system. The Stock Adjustment feature in the Inventory & Store module of Acculyt AI helps users record these differences and maintain accurate stock records.

Overview

The Stock Adjustment feature allows users to select a store and adjustment account, then record the difference between the available system quantity and the actual physical quantity. Users can also enter the related cost information and reference details.

This helps businesses keep inventory quantities and stock values accurate.

How It Works

The stock adjustment process compares the Available Qty in the system with the Physical Qty entered by the user. The difference between these quantities is recorded as a stock adjustment.

The adjustment is linked to the selected Store and Adjustment Account, helping maintain accurate inventory and accounting records.
