The Sale Invoice feature in Acculyt AI allows organizations to create sales invoices for customers by maintaining invoice details, customer information, products or services, quantities, rates, discounts, taxes, and payment terms. This helps businesses maintain organized sales records and manage customer transactions efficiently.

How It Works

Acculyt AI allows you to create a sales invoice by selecting the customer and entering the required invoice and payment information. You can add products or services along with their units, quantities, rates,discounts, and applicable taxes.

The system maintains the sales invoice information in a structured format, allowing businesses to keep a clear record of goods or services sold to customers.

Managing Sale Invoices in Acculyt AI

To create a new sales invoice, enter the required Currency, Invoice Date, Payment Terms, and Due Date. Select the Customer and enter the relevant customer information where applicable.

Select the appropriate Customer before adding products or services.

Enter accurate invoice and payment details.

Under Product/Service, select the required item or service and enter the Unit, Quantity, Rate, Discount, and Tax. Once all required information has been entered, click Save Sale Invoice to save the invoice.

Verify the quantity, rate, discount, and tax details before saving.

Ensure all required fields are completed before saving the sales invoice.
