The Sale Order feature in Acculyt AI allows organizations to create sale orders for customers by maintaining order details, customer information, products or services, quantities, rates, discounts, taxes, and payment terms. This helps businesses maintain organized customer orders and manage the sales process efficiently.

How It Works

Acculyt AI allows you to create a sale order by selecting the customer and entering the required order and payment information. You can add products or services along with their units, quantities, rates, discounts, and applicable taxes.

The system maintains the sale order information in a structured format, allowing businesses to keep a clear record of customer orders before proceeding with subsequent sales activities.

Managing Sale Orders

To create a new sale order, enter the required Currency, Sale Order Date, Payment Terms, and Delivery Date.select the Customer and Customer Representative,Select the Store from which the order will be fulfilled and enter the Advance amount, if applicable. Enter or configure the Order Number.

Under Product/Service, select the required item or service and enter the Unit, Quantity, Rate, Discount, and Tax. Once all required information has been entered, click Save Sale Order to save the order. Select the applicable Terms & Conditions and attach any supporting documents, if required. The system allows PDF, image, Word, and Excel files.

Select the appropriate Customer before adding products or services. Enter accurate order and payment details. Verify the quantity, rate, discount, and tax details before saving. Ensure all required fields are completed before saving the sale order.
