How It Works
Acculyt AI supports a multi-currency environment, enabling organizations to process transactions in different currencies while maintaining a single set of accurate accounting records. Every company must have one Primary Currency, which serves as the default currency for accounting and financial reporting. In addition, organizations can configure Secondary and Alternate currencies to support international business transactions and operational requirements.
Whether your business operates locally or internationally, the Currencies feature in Acculyt AI provides the flexibility to manage transactions using a single currency or multiple currencies as required.
Managing Currencies
The Currencies feature allows you to add and manage the currencies available in Acculyt AI.
To add a new currency, click + Add Currency, select the required currency, and click Add. Once added, the currency becomes available for supported business transactions.
You can activate or deactivate Secondary and Alternate currencies as business requirements change. Active currencies are available for new transactions, while inactive currencies remain available for historical records but cannot be selected for future transactions.
A maximum of 7 currencies can be configured for each company. The Primary Currency is mandatory and cannot be deleted or deactivated. Secondary and Alternate currencies can be activated or deactivated as business requirements change.
