How Does This Feature Work?

Each treasury record represents a government treasury or tax payment account. Once created, the treasury becomes available for use in tax-related transactions, allowing users to associate tax payments with the appropriate treasury.

Managing Tax Treasuries

The Tax Treasuries feature allows you to add and manage treasury records used for tax payments. To create a new treasury, click + Add Tax Treasury, enter the required treasury information, and click Save. Once created, the treasury becomes available for tax payment transactions.

If treasury information changes, you can update the record using the Edit option. The Status setting allows you to activate or deactivate a treasury. Active treasuries can be selected in new tax transactions, while Inactive treasuries remain in the system for historical records but cannot be used for future transactions.
