The Terms & Conditions feature in Acculyt AI allows organizations to create, manage, and maintain standard terms for business documents such as Sales Invoices, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and other reports. By centralizing these terms, businesses can ensure consistent communication of payment terms, delivery conditions, warranties, return policies, and other important business information while reducing manual effort and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
How It Works
Acculyt AI allows you to maintain Terms & Conditions from a central location. Once created, they can be selected and printed on supported business documents whenever required.
When company policies change, you can update the existing Terms & Conditions. The revised version will be available for future documents, ensuring consistency across the organization without the need to manually enter the same information for every transaction.
Managing Terms & Conditions
The Terms & Conditions feature allows you to create, edit, and manage standard terms used across business documents.
To add a new record, click + Add Terms & Conditions, enter the required title and terms, and click Save. Once created, the terms become available for use on supported documents.
You can edit existing Terms & Conditions whenever business policies change. Active records are available for new documents, while inactive records remain in the system for historical reference but cannot be selected for future transactions.
