Managing user access is essential for maintaining data security and ensuring users have access to the features required for their roles. The User Management feature in Acculyt AI enables organizations to create and manage user accounts, assign roles and permissions, and control access to different modules within a single system.
Overview
The User Management feature in Acculyt AI allows organizations to create and manage user accounts while controlling access to system features through role-based permissions. This helps businesses protect sensitive information, improve accountability, and ensure users can perform only the tasks relevant to their responsibilities, resulting in a secure and well-managed working environment.
How It Works
Each user in Acculyt AI is assigned a unique account with a specific role and user rights. These permissions determine which modules, screens, and actions the user can access within the system.
User accounts can be activated or deactivated as business requirements change. Active users can log in and perform their assigned tasks, while inactive users remain in the system for historical records but cannot access the application.
Whether your organization has a few users or multiple departments, the User Management feature in Acculyt AI provides a secure and flexible way to manage user access and responsibilities.
Managing Users
The User Management feature allows you to add, update, and manage user accounts in Acculyt AI.
To add a new user, click + Add User, enter the required user information, assign the appropriate role and permissions, and click Save. Once created, the user can access the system using the assigned login credentials.
Invite Users
You can also invite users to join your company and assign them the appropriate Role and Branch before they gain access to the system.
To send an invitation, enter the user's Email Address, select the required Role and Branch, and click Send Invitation. Acculyt AI will send an invitation email to the specified email address.
The invited user must open the email and accept the invitation. If they do not already have an Acculyt AI account, they will be redirected to the Create Login screen to register. Once the account is created, the user can sign in to Acculyt AI.
After logging in, the user can navigate to the Dashboard and select Pending Invitations to view and accept invitations. Upon acceptance, the user will be added to the company's environment with the assigned role, branch, and access permissions.
Every user must have a unique Username. A Role and User Rights must be assigned before the user can access the system. Inactive users cannot log in but remain available for historical records and reporting. Only authorized users can create, modify, or deactivate user accounts.
