The User Rights feature in Acculyt AI allows organizations to control user access by assigning permissions based on roles and job responsibilities. This helps protect sensitive business information, prevents unauthorized actions, and ensures users can only access the modules and functions relevant to their work.
How It Works
User Rights are assigned by the system administrator and determine the actions a user can perform within Acculyt AI. Based on the assigned permissions, users will only see the modules, menus, and functions they are authorized to access after logging in.
Depending on the assigned rights, users may be allowed to:
View records. Add/Create new records. Edit existing records. Delete records (where permitted). Approve transactions or documents.
These permissions help maintain data security while ensuring employees perform only the tasks assigned to them.
Managing User Rights
The User Rights feature allows administrators to create roles and assign permissions that define what users can access and perform within Acculyt AI.
To create a new role, click + Add Role, enter description, select the required permissions for each module, and click Save. The new role becomes available and can be assigned to users during user creation or when updating an existing user.
Permissions can be modified at any time to reflect changes in job responsibilities or organizational requirements.
User Rights can only be assigned or modified by authorized administrators. Permissions determine the modules, menus, and actions available to each user. Grant only the permissions necessary for the user's job responsibilities to maintain system security.
